Sebastian Vettel put Ferrari at the top of the timing screens in the final free practice for the Monaco Grand Prix, in a session in which there was very little to separate the top drivers.
Vettel was a mere 0.018 of a second up on next best Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes, with the top four cars covered by just 0.157 of a second, setting the stage for an intriguing qualifying shoot out
Nico Rosberg was third quickest, ahead of early pacesetter Daniel Ricciardo in the Red Bull, and his new teammate Max Verstappen finished fifth despite swiping the barriers at Massenet.
The top ten were covered under a second, with the Toro Rosso duo of Daniil Kvyat and Carlos Sainz sixth and seventh, followed by the Force India pair of Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg in eighth and tenth respectively, split by the Ferrari of Kimi Raikkonen.
